The EMK kitchen ventilation ceiling stretches from wall to wall, allowing targeted air extraction above the sources of origin. The air quantity calculator developed by EMK AG makes it possible to determine the required extraction powers. These are based on current directives and the extensive experience of EMK’s project team.
The variable arrangement of the fat separator and adjustment of the exhaust air volume via integrated EMK valves enable tailor-made adjustment of the amount of exhaust air over the kitchen appliances. EMK ceiling ducts are divided into separate compartments, enabling selective regulation.
